Project: 2011 Kona Ironman
Info: I have to say, this was one project i will never forget. If you have never watched and or been to an Ironman event, you need to experience one. These men/women have screws loose. Talk about putting your body to the test. For this project I was hired by Asics. The style and feel was very “run and gun” considering me and my friend Iain Harris filmed it via Scooter. Yup, shooting and driving at the same time and avoiding the Hawaiian police but thanks to the asics swag, the police let us do whatever we needed too.

Reed has dominated in all three of the sport’s disciplines throughout his career. His key to training as a three-sport athlete is simple. Consistency. Day in and day out of solid performances with proper rest have helped him capture the 2008 US Olympic Trials, US Nationals, as well as the 2006 Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. Reed didn’t become a 2008 Olympian overnight. He’s a 17-years-in-the-making triathlete. For more information go to : www.asicsamerica.com
